Sekainohate de aimashou chapter 13 + 14

Technically chapter 14 was already released, but it was mislabelled as c13. Thus, I reuploaded it with the correct naming for both chapters. Because of a rl project, Sekainohate de Aimashou progress on our part will be stalled until November. Also, we are currently jointing with animanga, translation for c15 has been sent to them for typesetting.

    A quick suggestion: You should name the first 9 pages with "0"s such as 01.jpg. This make it possible for people to read the .rar files in order with programs such as CDisplay.
